Start Setup after you buy a plan. You get a license by email.

- Disable conflicting overlays
- Have your order email ready
Install steps
Run the loader as admin, paste your license, then launch ARC Raiders.
- Download the loader from your delivery email
- Paste license key
- Launch the game
If something fails
Check Status after a patch. Email support@arcraidershacks.org with your order ID.
Start setup only after the checkout email arrives. That email has the license. You need Windows 10 or Windows 11. Close other overlays that draw on the game, or they can fight this one. Read Updates first on a patch day. Installing an old build after we have posted a rebuild note wastes the attempt.
Run the loader as admin. Paste the license exactly. Then launch ARC Raiders. If Windows security blocks the file, that is a common first-launch stop, not a dead license. Allow the file only if you trust this download, then try again. Do not run two copies. Do not share the license. One purchase is for one person.
When a step fails, write down the exact message before you email. Support needs the order ID, your Windows version, and what you already tried. The FAQ answers the short questions. The Updates page answers “is the current build live?”. If the license email never came, check the payment receipt first, then contact support. Do not buy a second plan until that is sorted.
