I keep seeing Cloud DMA mentioned but I do not fully get what it is or how the setup works. Do I need a second PC and a DMA card, or is this different?
On my first launch the menu was half greyed out and I panicked. I want to do the Cloud DMA setup properly this time - the Setup page has steps but I want a plain-English version.
Cloud DMA is an option, not a physical card or a second PC. The name confuses everyone at first. Most people just run the normal loader on one rig.
Cloud DMA is optional advanced setup, included as an option — not extra hardware you buy. Follow launch order on the Setup page, disable overlays, and allow the loader in Defender. That is what fixes the half-grey menu.
So the half-grey menu on first launch was just Setup, not missing hardware?
Almost always. Mine looked broken until I closed GeForce overlay and launched in order. Then everything went live.
Do not skip the launch order. Out-of-order launch is the other common cause of a partial menu.

If it is still partial after that, it is a Support ticket, not a reinstall. They will walk it with you.
