ESP
Loaded into a raid on Buried City and the overlay draws fine, but player ESP is not showing at all. The Updates page is green so I do not think it is a patch. Fresh Windows 11 install.
Menu opens, the toggles are on, but in raid I get nothing on screen. What should I check before I open a support ticket?
Classic first-launch thing. Overlay drawing but no boxes usually means launch order or an overlay fight. Did you close GeForce, Discord overlay, and RTSS before the loader?
Discord overlay was still on. I have not tried closing the others yet.
Kill those first, then launch in the order on Setup. Windows Defender also likes to quarantine the loader on a fresh Windows 11 install.
Empty ESP on a green status is almost always Setup, not a patch. Disable conflicting overlays, allow the loader in Defender, then launch in the order on the Setup page.
Also check you actually enabled player ESP, not just loot ESP. Easy to toggle the wrong row on first night.
Closed Discord overlay, allowed the loader in Defender, relaunched in order. Boxes are drawing on Buried City now.

For future — if ESP ever goes empty after a game update, check Updates first. Empty boxes on a yellow day is the build, not your setup.
Right. If it is green and still empty after those steps, open a Support ticket with your order ID and we will walk it live.
